Corda Corporation Areas of Interest
Corda Corporation has drilled prospects based on seismic information in the Hardeman Basin in North Texas since 1978. The schematic diagram below shows one developed area that has produced in excess of three million barrels of oil since 1982. The existing geological data indicates that each well is located on a separate structure. The wells are still producing commercial quantities of 41 gravity crude. There is no gas associated with this production.
The Mississippian Reef formation is encountered at depths of about 8,500 feet. Our experience shows that wells drilled on a well-defined dolomite structure will produce 250,000 barrels or more. The completion and operation of these wells requires close attention and supervision to achieve the maximum results.
